Learn how to use tools and look after them, keeping them clean and ready to use next time. Plant and grow vegetables from seeds. See them grow and feel the sense of pride when they are ready to harvest. Learn how to look after the full allotment by mending fences and shed maintenance. Learn how to make bird boxes. Be involved in community projects. Work in all weathers but always with a smile on your face – fresh air and hard work is good for you!

- In Partnership with Leicestershire County Council Adult Education.
Who can apply
We want everyone to be able to be involved and this course is open to everyone, however it is important that you are able to progress through the course information. You do not have to read or write but you must have an understanding of the course requirements. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will talk to you about how we can involve you.
You must like working outside in all weathers and be prepared to wear wellies.
